Terms and Conditions – 98game Pakistan Gaming Platform

The Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "you", "your") and 98game ("98game", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at 98game.click. By registering an account or by placing a bet or wager on the platform in any form, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, understood their content, and agree to be bound by them without reservation.

Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account or use any part of the 98game platform. By registering, you confirm that you are 18 or older. 98game reserves the right to request proof of age documentation at any time. If it is determined that a player is under 18, their account will be suspended immediately, all bonuses forfeited, and any deposits returned subject to verification checks.

One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one registered account on 98game. Opening or operating multiple accounts, whether under the same identity or different details, is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed, balances forfeited and any associated funds may be subject to further review.

Accurate Information

You must provide accurate, current and complete information when creating your 98game account, including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number and valid email address. Any information provided must relate to you personally and not to any third party. Providing false information during registration is grounds for immediate account suspension.

Account Security

You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. 98game will never ask you for your password by email or chat. If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact support immediately via live chat or email at support@98game.click.

Verification (KYC)

98game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process. We may request identity documentation including a government-issued ID and proof of address at any point. Withdrawals above Rs 25,000 in any 30-day period may require KYC completion. Accounts that fail to complete KYC when requested may have withdrawal functionality suspended until verification is complete.

Account Closure

You may request account closure at any time by contacting 98game support. Pending bets will be settled according to the applicable rules before the account is closed. Remaining balance will be returned to your registered payment method following KYC completion where required.

Minimum & Maximum Deposits

The minimum single deposit is Rs 500. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account tier. Specific limits are displayed at the point of deposit. 98game reserves the right to apply additional verification before processing deposits that appear unusually large or inconsistent with account history.

Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment accounts that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension. 98game will not process winnings to payment accounts other than those registered to the account holder.

Processing Times

Standard withdrawal requests to Easypaisa and JazzCash are processed within five minutes for verified accounts. IBFT bank transfers typically process within one to two banking hours during standard business hours (Monday to Saturday, 9 AM to 5 PM PKT). Card withdrawals may take up to three banking days depending on the issuing bank. VIP Club members at Gold tier and above benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing.

Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Withdrawal requests below this threshold will not be processed. If your account balance is below Rs 500, you may use the funds for betting but cannot initiate a withdrawal until the threshold is reached.

Withdrawal to Own Accounts Only

All withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name. 98game does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances. Attempting to withdraw to an account in a different name will result in the withdrawal being declined and may trigger a security review of your account.

General Bonus Rules

All bonuses and promotions offered by 98game are subject to specific terms published at the time the offer is made available. The following general principles apply to all promotional offers unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household and per IP address.
• Bonuses are non-transferable and have no cash value until wagering requirements are met.
• 98game reserves the right to withdraw or modify any promotion at any time with reasonable notice.
• Bonuses obtained through fraudulent means will be forfeited and the associated account closed.

Wagering Requirements

Most deposit bonuses and free bet credits carry a wagering requirement, meaning the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) must be wagered a specified number of times before a withdrawal is permitted. The exact wagering requirement for each offer is stated in the promotion-specific terms. Wagers on certain game types – typically low-edge table games – may contribute at a reduced rate to wagering requirements. Full contribution rates are published with each relevant promotion.

Bonus Expiry

Bonus funds and free bet credits expire if not used within the timeframe specified in the offer terms. Expired bonuses are removed from account balances without compensation. Players are responsible for checking expiry dates when claiming any promotion on 98game.

Acceptance of Bets

All bets are accepted at the absolute discretion of 98game. A bet is only confirmed once a bet reference number has been issued and the relevant amount has been deducted from your account balance. Bets placed in error or during technical issues may be voided. 98game reserves the right to limit the maximum bet amount on any market at any time.

In-Play Betting

In-play (live) betting markets are subject to interruption or suspension at any time during an event. If a bet is placed after a material event has occurred but before the platform has updated the odds to reflect that event, 98game reserves the right to void the bet. This applies particularly to goals, wickets, eliminations and similar decisive match events in real-time betting.

Match Postponement and Abandonment

If a sporting event is postponed or abandoned before completion, 98game applies the following general rules:

• If a match is postponed and rescheduled within 48 hours, pre-match bets remain valid unless otherwise stated.
• If a match is abandoned before a result can be determined, all bets are voided and stakes returned.
• For cricket matches, specific ICC and domestic competition rules apply. Pakistan Super League and ICC tournament settlement rules are published separately.
• Virtual sports results are generated by certified software and are final immediately upon generation.

Obvious Errors in Odds

If a market is published with an obviously incorrect price due to a technical error, human error or data feed failure, 98game reserves the right to void bets placed at that incorrect price. An obvious error is defined as an odds price that differs materially from the fair market price for the selection at the time of publication, as determined by 98game in good faith.

Random Number Generation

All casino games available on 98game – including slots, table games and live dealer games – use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology supplied by the respective game provider. The RNG ensures that all game outcomes are entirely random and cannot be predicted or manipulated by 98game or any third party.

Crash Games – Provably Fair

Crash games on 98game, including Aviator, use a provably fair system. Each round's outcome is determined by a cryptographic hash generated before the round begins. Players may verify the fairness of any round by checking the published verification data. 98game does not determine or influence crash round outcomes after the hash is generated.

Teen Patti and Card Games

Teen Patti and other card games use either RNG for digital tables or a physical deck operated by a human dealer in live games. In live dealer games, the outcome is determined by the physical dealing of cards and is fully observable by players during the game session. All dealing procedures follow the rules published by the relevant game provider.

Technical Interruptions

If a casino game session is interrupted due to a technical fault before completion, the round may be voided and the stake returned, or settled based on the state of play at the point of interruption – whichever is more appropriate given the game type. 98game will not be liable for losses arising from genuine technical failures on the player's device or internet connection.

Tier Qualification

VIP Club tier status on 98game is determined by total wager volume across all platform sections during a calendar month. Tier assessment is carried out on the first of each month based on the previous month's activity. Tier qualification thresholds and associated benefits are published on the VIP Club page. 98game reserves the right to adjust qualification thresholds with thirty days' prior notice.

Cashback Settlement

Weekly VIP cashback is calculated every Monday based on net losses from the previous seven days (Monday 00:00 to Sunday 23:59 PKT). Net losses are defined as total losses minus total winnings over the period. Cashback is credited to the account balance by Monday 12:00 PKT at the latest. As noted in Section 6.3, VIP cashback carries no wagering requirement and no expiry date.

Elite Tier

The Elite tier is available by invitation only. 98game reserves the right to extend or withdraw Elite invitations at its sole discretion. Elite benefits are personalised and agreed directly between the player and the 98game VIP team. The specific terms applicable to an Elite account supersede the general VIP terms for that individual account where they differ.

Self-Exclusion

Players may request self-exclusion at any time through the account dashboard or by contacting support. Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent closure. During a self-exclusion period, the player will be prevented from logging in, depositing or placing bets. 98game will not send promotional communications to self-excluded accounts. Self-exclusion requests are processed within one hour of receipt.

Deposit Limits

Players may set daily, weekly or monthly deposit limits on their account. Limits are applied immediately when set. Increasing an existing limit is subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period before the increase takes effect. Decreases to limits are applied immediately. 98game recommends all players set a deposit limit that reflects their personal financial situation.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 98game and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and potential legal action:

• Attempting to defraud 98game or other players through any means.
• Using automated software, bots or scripts to interact with the platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors or system vulnerabilities for financial gain.
• Collusion with other players in live games, tournaments or any competitive format.
• Match-fixing or using insider knowledge of sporting outcomes to place bets.
• Opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once.
• Using the platform for money laundering or any other financial crime.
• Providing false documentation during identity verification.

Data Protection

We collect only the data necessary to operate the platform, process payments and comply with applicable regulations. We do not sell your data to third parties for marketing purposes. All data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption and access controls.

Platform Security

All communications between your device and 98game are protected by TLS encryption. We employ fraud detection systems that monitor account activity in real time. Any account that shows patterns consistent with unauthorised access, fraud or prohibited conduct may be suspended without prior notice pending investigation.

Service Availability

98game aims to provide a stable and continuously available platform but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work or third-party infrastructure issues may result in temporary unavailability. 98game will not be liable for losses arising from service interruptions outside of its direct control, including internet service provider failures on the player's side.

Maximum Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 98game's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform is limited to the amount of funds held in that player's account at the time the claim arises. 98game is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or punitive damages of any nature.

Right to Amend

98game reserves the right to update or amend these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will notify registered players by email or via an in-platform notification at least seven days before the changes take effect. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised "Last Updated" date. Continued use of the 98game platform after the effective date of any update constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
